  • I have heard that the building is being redeveloped into a Lowe's.
  • Economic conditions LOL! Yes it was bad when they attempted to purchase the location but in reality it was a dead deal because they couldn't get the right deal they wanted.
  • Looks like this will be yet another strip mall redevelopment as Dick's Sporting Goods and Jo-Ann Fabrics are on the sign and they are looking for more to join them.
  • An 3 to 4 tenet outlot building is also being built ... one proposed tenet looks to be a full service Starbucks
  • Dick's and Jo-Ann's are now open along with Rally House
