Quadrant 4 is a 1934 constructed art deco building in the centre of London. The location was originally built to provide 102 extra rooms for the neighbouring Regent Place Hotel. It is connected via a link bridge to the Former Regent Palace Hotel. Later the building was used for a number of different uses: a fitness club, a spa, a backpackers hostel and a retail unit.
Owner and developer The Crown Estate were undertaking major refurbishments to convert the 55 thousand square feet area into retail space on street level and 48 premium residences on the higher floors.
