A number of taller blocks rise up above the 3-storey podium, the most prominent being two towers arranged perpendicular to each other. The taller of the two containing 20 floors of office. Construction of this office building was started in 1958 and was completed in 1962. It has 20 floors, the site of this location were some Georgian villas which have long been demolished.
The building is home to a number of large and small retail units, a pub, a bank and large areas of office space.
