Ace Cafe USA
100 West Livingston Street
Originally, the property was home to the Harry P. Leu Industrial Supply Company, which closed its doors in April 1990. The original owner, Harry Leu, purchased the company in 1920 when it was known as Cain & O’Berry Boiler Company, where he had already been employed since 1904. The original building stood at the center of the property with a metal gable roof.
Mr. Leu sold the company to Paul Stine and family in 1940. In April 1987, it was sold to Doerr, president of Shadbolt & Boyd Co. However, the company was unable to remain in business and permanently closed in April 1990.
The Stine family retained ownership of the property and building until 2006, when they sold it for over $10 million.
Before becoming home to Ace Cafe, the building housed several businesses, including:
- H2O Church
- Orlando Weekly Offices
- Edge Concert Venue/Nightclub
