The building is a 5-floor parking block with a central office (B1) and seven residential (A1 to A7) towers on it, each tower having 20 floor of its own excluding parking. In total there are 25 floors (G, 1P – 4P, 1 – 20 residential floors). Additionally, there are residential premises on the parking floors too. As of November, 2012, electricity is supplied to each building by separate generates on the ground floor despite proximity to the power station. There is a swimming pool on the roof of the parking block at the bottom of the towers, the pool being empty though. Roofs of each tower are connected with passages. The ground floor hosts stores, cafes, a club, a laundry and real estate agencies. Parking is available through an electronic card which can be rented for extra pay in addition to accommodation rent. Parking card holders are free to park in any slot, the latter normally being unavailable for reservation. Each flat is cooled by central AC. Ac is ajustable for the whole flat only but not for each room separately. Sometimes AC lets bad smell in.
