The one of the biggest Tram depots in Kolkata. Basically it is 36 no. Tram depot but in case of any emergency other Trams also use to take shelter over here. The 36 tram route is the best in kolkata and the route includes the Maidan, giving the slow moving vehicle a considerable amount of speed.

  • Hi There Respectfully I must disagree that Kidderpore tram depot is not the largest! In fact, it is one of the smallest! The larger ones are Belgatchia and Rajabazar depots. Please respond so we cancommunicate further on this and other matters relating to the Calcutta Tramways. Thanks DR
