Camp Holland, near the village Tarin Kowt was an ISAF Forward Operating Base manned by Dutch and Australian military. Its fixed detachment consisted of appx 1400 Dutch and 400 Australian military personnel part of:
- Staff Taskforce Uruzgan;
- Prov Reconstruction Team;
- Battlegroup;
- Apache Close Air Support det (Air Task Force);
- Staff and Operational Mentor and LSO Team;
- Logsupport Det;
- Role II hospital

After the Dutch forces left a US/Australian detachment took over its tasks.
