Yamate Museum is located within the Yamate Jubankan restaurant. Built in 1909, it is the only remaining wooden Western house in Yokohama City. Historical materials on Yokohama and Yamate from the time when there were foreign settlements up to the Great Kanto Earthquake are displayed.
