  I had a shut off notice for 403.00 witch I payed and I have receipt for this. I have moved and consumers added the money I already payed to my new billing address. I did call consumers power operators and they said I still owe this money I told them I have receipts. I asked them I would like to talk to a supervisor and they would not let me talk to one. All I got is the run around. I NEED HELP what should I do? Today I got my receipts together and I wrote a letter to consumers.I would like to send it to this office and see if you can make it right for me. I am on a fixed income. 3 days ago I got a letter in the mail and it said I am on a budget plan and I never agreed to it.I hope you can help me with this I am sending this letter to 530 W. Willow St. Lansing,MI
