  Renaissance Holdings – Delay in Possession Its been 8months I booked my dream house in Renaissance woods 1st phase, jalahalli and expected completion date was given June. but till now flat is not handed over to us. The project has been started in 2013 and it’s still in the underconstruction, We have been struggling to get any updates from Renaissance holdings as they do not pick up calls once they have collected money. All the owners facing the same problem and if you try to push them they will give you some dates which they will never adhere to.Please try and not to get into any relationship with Renaissance as you will be just wasting your money. There will be huge delay in the position and ur emi starts deducting every month and u can’t even afford a rent house. So please friends if ur in hurry, don’t go for it. Don’t trust them…. The manager itself is not sure about Possision… We are suffering lot by these idiots.. No updates, nothing. Wl never respond fr the calls
