A 1½-story, 3-bay-façade, side-hall-plan house set gable end to the street with a high stone and-brick foundation, full-width 1-story braced-post front porch, sidelight-flanked principal entrance, prominent low-angle pediments above principal entrance and first-story windows, paired-bracket raking and eaves cornices, and small chimney centered on the ridgeline.
Grocer Ann M. Cooney lived here for much of the late 19th century.
