  Flat No. 10 A-Wing third floor in Sai Pooja Baug Phase - I is under litigation. The current owners Mr. Prashant Chaudhari, his brother and his mother have accepted 80% money and are refusing to give possession. They are in the process of creating third party interest in the property. The property documents are mortgaged with IDBI bank in my name. Therefore any attempt to resale the property will result in legal action. This is a public service announcement so that buyers like me should not be fooled.
