Project Description:
Trillium Group is aiming to construct 1759 residential villas with 11 prototypes on a predefined Parcel D of the master plan located in Erbil City. The total land area is 1,054,720 sq.m, and it is located on the highway to Salah Addin and Shaqlawa. The project area is surrounded by several projects and landmarks. The architectural expression for the site will be integrated with the Iraqi and Kurdish culture and as indicated in the architectural style of the villas. The project period is 4 years from now including the design phases.
