An asbestos-shingled 2½-story, 3-bay-façade, side-hall-plan house with a parged foundation, sidelight-flanked principal entrance with shallow bracketed hood at the south end of the façade, large 2-story semi-octagonal bay with hip roof extending from the wall plane of the façade at the building’s northeast corner, 2-over-2 windows, a pair of round-head windows in the façade’s attic story, bracketed raking and eaves cornices, and two chimneys near the center of the ridgeline.
