Hundreds of islands make Solvær islands - among them is the main island Sleneset. Situated on the coast of Helgeland, Norway near the Arctic Circle. Only about 400 inhabitants - but lots of cabins and quite a lot of tourists visit these islands all year round. Near the Artic Circle - with the midnight sun - a special fauna and wild-life - especially birds. Extremely good for holiday activities such as sea-fishing, kayaking, watersports, hiking. An eldorado for kids and families.
