Okhta Mall is the new shopping mall in the centre of Saint-Petersburg.

Okhta Mall is developed by Finnish SRV Group together with Finnish investment fund Russia Invest. Total investment is EUR 250 mln. Okhta Mall is the first phase of mixed-use centre Okhta City with GBA 400 ths sqm. The project is located in the square of Yakornaya, Magnitogorskaya streets and Shaumyana and Metallistov prospects within 10 minutes driving distance from the city centre. Modern Scandinavian design of Okhta Mall was developed by Finnish architectural bureau L Architects Ltd. The concept of the project presumes green development standards implementation and LEED Gold certificate acquiring.

Once put in operation in spring 2016 the GBA of Okhta Mall will be 144 ths sqm with GLA of 76 ths. The project presumes outside parking for more than 1 ths lots and 2 underground levels with 780 parking lots and food hypermarket, as well as 4 above-ground floors with 250 units of popular Russian and international retailers. The tenant-mix includes huge department stores of clothes and shoes, goods for children and sports, entertaining zone with cinema, more than 20 restaurants and food court units.
