3-story Art-deco parking garage completed in 1931. Designed by Matthew W. del Gaudio, the garage extends through the block to Morton Street, with an alternate address of 18 Morton. Both sides are clad in beige brick, painted white on the ground floor on Morton, where the vehicular entrances are, and painted black with cinder-block infill on Leroy. The brick piers have Art-deco elements at the 2nd floor, and as their tops, where they extend above the roof parapet. The Leroy Street side has minimal decoration.
