261-foot, 26-story residence hall completed in 2009. Designed by Perkins Eastman Architects. The modernist tower is built on the site of the former St. Ann's Church, whose facades and fence have been preserved as part of the front courtyard. NYU's newest dormitory, Founders Hall houses over 700 freshman students.
