261-foot, 26-story residence hall completed in 2009 for Hudson Companies, a developer. It was designed by Perkins Eastman Architects. The modernist tower is built on the site of the former St. Ann's Church, whose exterior and fence have been preserved as part of the front courtyard. Founders Hall houses over 700 freshman students.
