Completed in 1982, Indiana Michigan Power Center (formerly known as One Summit Square) is 442 feet tall, making it the tallest building in Fort Wayne as well as the tallest reinforced concrete building in Indiana.

Tenants include the headquarters for electricity provider Indiana Michigan Power and regional headquarters of JP Morgan Chase.

The office building was designed by the architects, Kevin Roche John Dinkeloo & Associates to give the illusion of two buildings (the adjoining tower houses the elevators).
