The Cathedral of Canosa was originally dedicated to Saints John and Paul, but in 1101 it was rededicated to Saint Sabinus of Canosa by Pope Paschal II. Attached to the building is the mausoleum of Bohemond, prince of Taranto and leader of the First Crusade.
