Community Technology Access (CTA) Centre which is located at Jhapa (Damak -5, Baghakhor Chouk) Beldangi II . CTA Centre were established at Beldangi on 2011. This Centre provides Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) education to refugee and refugee effected host community. Friendship Building Beldangi Community Technology Access Centre for Bhutanese Refugee and Host Community Residents, funding support of UNHCR and constructed by LWF Nepal in partnership with Damak Municipality and Humse Dumse community Forest User Committee (HDCFUG)-Damak, Jhapa .
