One of the oldest buildings in Eastern Nepal named after the renown personalities of that time Late Meen Raj Pandey and his spouse Tara Kumari Pandey. The historic place, where anti-Rana movement was also held during 1950s by providing shelter to political cadets and leaders for their training and administrative activities. This place was also the financial hub at that time and popularly know as Tejarath Kothi.
