The hall has main shrine with two cells on either side and a verandah in front. The entrance door is flanked by Padmapani and Vajrapani. The Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara is standing on the left side of the door. A large image of Jumbhala is also seen to the right of the entry door. The hall has twelve decorative pillars placed on a raised plinth and the side walls are carved with many images of Buddha in pralambapadasana. The door of the main shrine is guarded by colossal images of Padmapani and Vajrapani. Inside the shrine is a large figure of Buddha seated in Pralambapadasana in Dharmachakara Pravartan Mudra.
