Built on 9.9.1904 by a design of J.B. Bolsee and E. Hargot. The monumental façade is clad in bluestone. The construction consists of a skeleton of reinforced concrete in accordance with the so-called 'Hennebique' system. This warehouse is the oldest preserved example of the application of this system.
In 1994, the warehouse was protected as architectural heritage (ID: 4957).
