Built in 1849 and designed by F. Lysens. Its the oldest warehouse in this neighbourhood.
The brick façade with windows and hatches is located above the central entrance gate with a sculpute of an eagle with two chicks on its nest.
The building was in 1936 converted into offices and storages, with respect for the original internal structure.
In 1994 the former warehouse became protected architectural heritage (ID: 5656).
