Lumber baron John Hendry's second Vancouver residence; his first was a mansion built in 1902 at Burnaby St & Jervis St in the West End that has since been demolished. This larger Tudor Revival and its former coach house (since converted into a private home) was designed by noted architects Maclure & Fox.
