The office building will contain 137,000 square feet of office space in highly efficient floor plans ranging from 15,500 to 19,500 square feet. Merchant Square will be located on top of New Westminster’s new multi-use civic centre, which will occupy the lower 4 floors of the project. The civic centre will house conference facilities, a small theatre, an arts centre and the municipal museum.
