The estate was first mentioned as a manor owned by the Livonian Order in 1436. Later, it has belonged to the Pohlmanns, von Tiesenhausens, von Drögemüllers and also to the Zimmermanns. The single-storey Baroque main building erected in the 18th century is in private possession. By the historical distribution the manor was in Rapla Parish in Harjumaa County. By the present administrative distribution it belongs to the Rapla Municipality in Raplamaa County.
