2-story mercantile building completed in 1962. Designed by Boak & Raad, it has one large and one small storefront on the ground floor, with a doorway to the 2nd floor at the left, covered by a small, steep-sloped, peaked canopy of wood and shingles. The 2nd floor, occupied by Hofbräu Bierhaus NYC, has a wide open porch fronted by a wooden fence and flower boxes. A wide triangular pediment with scalloped underside covers the porch, with wood infill. The main roof line, just below the point of the pediment gable, is clad in red brick covered by ivy. The ground floor is occupied by a Dunkin' Donuts, and a Wendy's.
