5-story Italianate residential building completed in 1867. The facade is clad in red brick, but still covered with a thin layer of peeling white paint. The ground floor has been altered with modern metal-and-glass storefronts and a residential glass door at the north end. The upper floors have eight bays of single-windows with bracketed stone sills and curved lintels. There is a commercial space at the north half of the 2nd floor, with a navy blue awning. The facade is crowned by a pair of matching brown metal roof cornices with brackets and panels with roundels. The ground floor is occupied by a magazine/cigar store, Dunkin' Donuts, and Koba Korean restaurant, while the commercial portion of the 2nd floor is occupied by New Studio Nail.
