This is forest area of Katraj hilltop section. This is really interesting place to see in rainfall. Wind flow is really nice (For entire year). Sunset is simply awesome and can only be compared with sunset view from Kanifnath and Sinhgad. As of now the place is not very crowded but soon buildings and constructions will start. FSI for construction is not good as this is hilltop (Dongar-matha) section. 5 years back even local folks did not have guts to go to this place after sunset. Dr. Patangrao Kadam's bunglow was the last human leaving area of this mountain but now it has become place for investors.
