The building was previously left unfinished for a few years until it was bought and converted into a 10-story Medical Center - the new Dr. Montano Ramos General Hospital.

The rainbow-colored levels of this building will make it standout on the horizon of Mindanao Ave. Quezon City.

Construction is in full-swing and facilities are being installed to make way for it's 2018 mid-year opening.

The Medical Arts Building on it's left side and will house the medical doctor's office and clinics to serve out-patient cases.

At the building's opposite side on Mindanao Ave. is Victoria Building, a Commercial Building with Office Space and Residential Unit Rentals, and Balai Pandesal, a local bread shop selling fresh baked goods daily.
