2-story mercantile building completed in 1968. Designed by Greenberg & Ames, it is faced in beige stucco, with a ground-floor storefront of black polished stone and glass. There is a set of metal service doors at the south end, and two sets of glass-and-metal double-doors framing the central display-windows. The 2nd floor has three large double-windows in a wide band, outlined in dark-grey. The roof line has a black metal coping and metal railing.

The building is occupied by Petco pet supplies.
