2-story mercantile building completed in 1964. The facade is divided into two parts, the north one about twice as wide as the south. The ground floor at the north is clad in wood and glass, with narrow windows with multi-pane transoms, and a set of paired glass-and-wood doors (also with transom) between metal doors at the ends, both with black clamshell canopies. The 2nd floor at this section is clad in white stone, with a long row of paired, wood-and-glass French doors with a metal railings across the bottom halves. A brown, paneled cornice runs across the top of the floor.

The south section has a black metal-and-glass storefront at the ground floor, above a low, red brick water table, with a door at the north end, and narrow windows to the south. The 2nd floor is dark-red brick, with a multi-paned studio window. A metal railing runs across the full facade, enclosing a roof deck.

The building formerly houses two restaurants, but was vacant as of 2019.
