5-story residential building originally completed around 1880 as two separate buildings. They were later joined and given a new, unified facade, faced in beige stucco with brownstone trim. The ground floor on the avenue has a central wooden door and transom flanked by paneled, red cast-iron pilasters. On either side is a metal-and-glass storefront, the south one with a red canvas awning that wraps around the corner to the south facade where the storefront continues. At the west end is a secondary glass door and transom.

The upper floors on the avenue have six bays of single-windows with brownstone sills and lintels, and the edges of the facade have vertical brown bands. A grey metal fire escape runs down the north two bays. On the south facade the upper floors have three bays of single-windows with sills and lintels; at the ends there are air-conditioning vents and additional brown bands at the edges. Another grey fire escape runs down the west two bays. Both main facades are crowned by a black metal modillioned roof cornice with a swagged frieze.

The rear, west-facing facade has six more bays of single-windows with sills and lintels, and another fire escape. The ground floor is occupied by Good Nature grocery, and Spice Mantra Indian Cuisine.
