6-story residential building originally completed in 1899 as a 4-story townhouse, one in a row of similar houses. New floors were later added on top, and the building divided into two separate triplex residences. Two bays wide, it is faced in white smooth-stucco, with a ground-level entrance at the left side, behind an iron fence with red-brick posts topped by white orbs. The wood-and-glass door is framed by white pilasters carrying a small entablature, and to the right is a segmental-arched double-window.

The 2nd floor has a pair of narrow French doors, offset to the left, fronted by a narrow Juliet balcony. An iron lamp is mounted between the windows. The 3rd & 4th floors have multi-pane windows with stone sills and metal cornices with keystones (also seen on the 2nd-floor windows). The 4th floor is topped by a red metal cornice with console brackets.

The two newer floors on top also also faced in white stucco. The 5th floor has a pair of smaller mutli-pane windows with wooden surrounds, set towards the ends of the facade, with a stone medallion in between. The 6th floor has slightly narrower windows, between which is a projecting, 3-sided bay window of iron and glass.
