8-story parking garage completed in 1963. It is clad in brick, painted white at the ground floor, beige at the end piers and center pier, and light-tan at the spandrels between floors. The ground floor has two wide vehicle openings, and two metal service doors at the west end. Above, on either side of the center pier are wide bands of industrial multi-pane windows.
