Boelarebos is a slope and a forest area in the Flemish Ardennes located in Overboelare in the Belgian province of East Flanders, just south of Geraardsbergen.

The Boelarebos is a Natura 2000 nature reserve that is recognized by Europe (Forests of the Flemish Ardennes and other South Flemish forests). It is located southwest of the Oudenberg. Below the Hoge Buizemont are four sources that feed three source ditches that flow along the forest to the Gaverbeek and the Dender. Along these source ditches there is a specific vegetation such as: few-leaved gold-veil, scattered-leaved gold-veil, musk herb, slender primrose. On the slopes of the Boelarebos grow wood anemone, periwinkle, arum, wood hyacinth, Solomon's seal, lily of the valley, wild garlic and star-of-the-bethlehem.
