Takes about 8 hours to have a relaxing paddle each way from Penticton to Rattlesnake Island. It is a good idea to camp on this paddle trip. Lots un inhabited shoreline to see from Penticton to Naramata and from Naramata to Rattlesnake Island. Okanagan Mountain Provincial Park has many free camp spots along the shoreline. Some even camp on the island.
