  • Funny typo! lol It does have great weekend night events downtown at the 59th Ave/Grand Ave/Glendale Road cross streets. There is a park area there which has events sponsored by the City of Glendale. The outside event called Glendale Glitters during the Christmas Season is especially phenomenal. The first and last weekends are the best times to attend with most of the activity. This is one town that has come a long way in promoting itself in a positive direction for the people (((Superbowl!!))) Therefore, entertainment and city night life is starting to really snowball over here on the west side. In only a few years, I have seen Glendale build momentum into becoming a viable, thriving city attracting big money and business deals to its doors, with one Superbowl already under it's belt. Other town councils should sit up and take notice on how they achieved it.
