Originally a one storey, two building, 108,565 sq. ft., shopping plaza. The western, 53,765 sq. ft., strip plaza was constructed in the 1970s, and the eastern, 54,800 sq. ft., enclosed mall was constructed in 1986. The property was redeveloped and expanded in 2012, and the western strip plaza was demolished and a new supermarket added with conversion of an industrial building on Commander Boulevard.
