Opened during 1969, Kowloon House continues to serve their customers with simple but delicious Chinese dishes. An institution built for your quick Chinese food fix. Everyone has fond memories of Kowloon House growing up. The name Kowloon was inspired by the street named Kowloon, found in China. What started as a dimsum house is now a premier Chinese restaurant that is continuing to expand their business. Once owned by Chinese entrepreneur Mao Ng, he started out with a little dimsum house that served dimsums, siopao and sioma. Today, it is very different. Since Mr. Ng's passing, his children have taken over the business, one of which is Michael Ng.
