IDF Signals Intelligence College is the principal training facility of the IDF Command, Control, Communications & Intelligence (C4I) Corps of the IDF Ground Forces Command, and serves as both a basic and advance signals intellingence training establishment for both field and satellite based SIGINT services.

The C4I Branch’s objective is to determine the approach of the IDF in regard to telecommunications. The head of the branch operates under the Chief of Staff, and works in coordination with the Head of IDF Ground Forces. The main bodies of the branch are the unit for telecommunications and information technology, the ECM sector, the operations branch, the electronic warfare and doctrine, the preparations, organization, logistics, and the logistics and human resources branches.
