Before the apartments were build here, there was a huge haveli built by my great great grand father, Hakeem Rameshwar Rao, my great grand father Hakeem Ramakrishna Rao lived there and then my grand parents. They were very famous Ayurvedic Hakeem's during 1908. That Haveli was known as "Hakeem Saheb Ka Ghar"

The famous landmark of this place is the statues of Radha-Krishna.

The first 6 floor apartments was built in kachiguda. It still belongs to my grandfather K. Umashankar Rao & K. Nirmala Devi their 5 daughters, 8 grand children and great grand child enjoy the place.

So far 125 births took place on this land!!
