A small park in front of City Hall-building B. formerly Elisabeth Park.
This park was established at the end of the 19th century and was named Elisabeth Park (in German Elisabeth-Park) after the name of the Empress Elisabeth of Austria (24 December 1837 – 10 September 1898) who was the wife of Franz Joseph I, and therefore both Empress of Austria and Queen of Hungary. She also held the titles of Queen of Bohemia and Croatia.
Nowadays this small park has no oficial name. Here lie two busts, the bust of Hermann Julius Oberth and the bust of the Transylvanian poet George Coșbuc and the Monument of the Romanian Soldier, in front of the Army Club.
