This complex was built as part of the 1967 World Fair (better known as "Expo 67 - Man and his World")
- This apartment complex is made of prefabricated blocks assembled around three building service cores.
- An appartment can be constitued of one or two prefabricated blocks, depending of their size.
- Any apartment of more than one room has two prefabricated blocks, one being disposed over the other.
- Each apartment has its exterior terrace, situated over an other prefabricated block below.
- Each of the 354 precast boxes that comprise this structure measure 38.5 feet long, 17.5 feet wide and 10 feet high
