"Built in the late 1970’s, Bethamy Woods is a large condominium community situated on a private lane. Within the 213 units, there are six different architectural designs which give Bethamy Woods a varied and pleasing appearance. Clad in a combination of wood and stucco, the condominiums have undergone a different ‘look’ over the years by changing paint colours. Each unit is assigned a parking space, either in a driveway fronting the unit or in a communal parking bay.
