An apartment complex about 2 kms from the center of Hyderabad. A set of 180+ apartments which adequate parking place. Lacks a playground (which is anyway scarce in the city now). Water problems exist, but society does make provisions to get water tankers.

  • This is an average middle class residential place, although next to some very poor, humble homes and a cow shed :-). Water(drinking and general purpose) is truly a problem, and recreational area or playing ground is non-existent. Other than those, no major drawbacks.
  • This is a upper middle class apartment with 182 house holds having wider inner roads than many apartment complexes. Over all design is good for very good interaction among the residents. Very ideal for offices, educational and railway or bus station. Coming to politics many associations do have politics. As the over all rating is good and 1400 sft apartments are sold at Rs 50 lac in 2008-9.
