5-story commercial building originally completed in 1870 as a rowhouse together with the two buildings to the west. A 2-story commercial storefront was added in 1920, which extends to the building line, while the upper floors are set back. The storefront is faced in wood and glass; the 2nd floor has a French doors behind a black iron railing.

The recessed upper floors, only two bays wide, are faced in yellow-painted brownstone. The windows on the 2nd & 3rd floors are segmental-arched, and the top floor has square-headed windows; they all have brown-painted full surrounds with bracketed sills. A square sign is mounted on two pairs of braces that angle away from the facade at the 4th floor. The roof cornice has been removed. The building is occupied by Amor Loco Restaurant.
