5-story mercantile building completed in the late 1800s. It has a 2-story storefront that projects out to the building line, and recessed upper floors faced in rough beige stucco. The storefront has double-height plate-glass show-windows at the sides, with a deeply recessed entrance in the center; between the side panes, the ceiling angles down from the 2nd floor to meet the door at the top of the 1st floor. The storefront is framed in aluminum, and has a signband on top that extends further up on the east end.

The upper floors have three bays of windows with iron grilles; those on the 3rd floor are partially obscured by the storefront's signboard. The top floor have a large studio window, and is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with console brackets and panels. The ground floor is occupied by Lucoral Jewelry Mart.
